Human IgG Antibody, Agarose
Catalog#
Product Description
|
ICP9715
Affinity purified goat anti-human IgG antibodies were developed using purified human IgG as the immunogen. The antibodies are covalently linked to agarose beads and useful for isolation and purification of human immunoglobulin G.
|
|
Elution profile of human IgG from affinity chromatography based on the anti-human IgG agarose.
i. Serum loading: 250 μL, diluted with distilled water to 1 mL
ii. Anti-human IgG Agarose: 2 mL
iii. Single Pass: 10 min
iv. IgG Binding: >4 mg/mL; remove all the IgG from 250 μL of human serum
|
SDS Profile: MW markers (1); Human IgG Std (2); Human serum albumin Std (3); Elution fraction 1-5 (3, 4, 5, 6, 7); Original human serum (8) and human serum flow through (9).
